You'll find below some pictures of our church buildings
- they're a lot more impressive when the church is in them, if you know
what I mean... People are more important than buildings to us, so if you've
never been before, why not come along some day and see them in real life?
Check out the Activities section for
details of what happens during the week. Or if it's too scary to walk
into a group of people you (think you) don't know, ask anyone you know
who belongs here to arrange a private tour with a leader.

Here's the outside of Craigmore Methodist Church during the snow in
March 2001... Isn't it pretty? |
This
is the front of the church sanctuary - on the left is the pulpit (a
little enclosed platform from where the preacher speaks); in the centre
is the communion table and behind it the old pipe organ, which dates
from 1867 but isn't in great condition. To the right is the baptismal
font and the door that leads to the Hall. |
Every
Sunday morning a group of young musicians take part in leading the
music for a portion of our worship of God. There's always room for
a few more! |
This is the back of the church,
which has a small balcony that is in use more and more often! You'll
notice the lovely wooden pews - thankfully we got thick cushions installed
on them a while back! ... |
When
the original clock was removed the gap it left was painted - a few
years ago we got a clock again, but the message remains! |
Finally,
this is what the body of the church looks like when there are people
in it! (Sunday before Christmas 2002) |
