The big news of this year's Fantasy Tour de France was that three teams finished within 7 points
of each other! This is without doubt the closest Fantasy Competition I have ever organised! To put things into context, the 2 points seperating Equipe French Jasper and
JonesCycles.com.au is equal to 3rd place in one of the many intermediate sprints along the route!
Congratulations to Equipe French Jasper, led by Jens Jasperneite, who have been crowned the winners of the Fantasy Tour 2003!
Jen's team consisted of Petacchi, Armstong, Ullrich, Cooke, Vinokourov, McGee, Hushovd, Jalabert and Andriotto. The two rival teams made
a storming final run thanks to Tyler Hamilton and Robbie McEwen.
