Rental Charges
The rental charges include all of the following:
- Electricity (excluding pool heating which, if you find it
necessary is an optional extra payable to the Management Company)
- Bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels)
- All Florida taxes (currently 11 %)
- Cot and highchair
- Cable TV
- Water
