Rental Conditions

• All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified on the booking form.
• The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by ourselves.
• The booking form must be accompanied by a £100 per week deposit.
• The balance, and security deposit, must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the rental date.
• Rental Period: The rental period commences at 1600hr local time, on the day of arrival as indicated on the booking form. Our villa must be vacated by 1100hr local time, on the day of departure.
• A Security Deposit of £150 per booking is required to cover breakage or damage. This will be returned to you soon after your return home, once the Management Company confirm that our villa has been left in a satisfactory condition and that the keys have been returned to them.
• Liability: Although every effort is made to ensure that our villa is in perfect order for your holiday, we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accidental damage or loss to you, your party, or your property, or for any medical expenses however incurred. We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday and medical insurance.
• Swimming Pool: Neither we, nor our agents, accept liability for any injury howsoever caused as a result of using the swimming pool. It is required that all children are supervised by an adult at ALL times.
• Cancellation In the event that you cancel your booking, for whatever reason, the following cancellation charges will apply: -

Amount Payable

• Location of Our Villa and Key collection: Between 3 and 7 weeks prior to your departure date, providing that final payment has been received, specific instructions as to our villa's location and the address of our nearby Management Company will be sent to you. The keys will be collected, by you, from our Management Company on your arrival and returned to them, by you, on your departure.
• For the health and comfort of our children and future guests, we ask guests not to smoke within the villa, and we only accommodate animals in special circumstances.
