Xtal 3

A loose collaboration between like-minded musicians, friends and artists based in Manchester UK. The core of this spontaneous, sporadic but spankingly good outfit is Jon Can and Kevin Pocock with vocals provided by Japanese girl singer Hiró.

Although a dance act they somehow remain genre-defying - fusing the elements that inspire them all into a new musical lifeform.

Whilst always remaining accessible they use old and new technologies to their limit. Although they enjoy the clarity technology brings to the music they never forget that dirty noisy sounds can add to the beauty of the overall effect. The excitement and tension created by taking two extremes and bringing them together into something new is unmissable - and is called XTAL 3. Tracks 'CIA' and an early toytown classic 'It's Tea Time' have both gone down a storm in the clubs - the ideal way to hear the music.

Other than that - turn it up - play it loud.
