My first encounter with Big Country was in 1985 when I went to the local cinema to see "Restless Natives". The soundtrack blew me away, and needless to say I was hooked.

In 1990 I saw BC live for the first time, when they played the Inverness Bowling Centre on the Through A Big Country Tour. A night I will never forget. To date I've now seen BC 15 times, and each time better than the last!

In 1993 I began to co-run the fanzine "Pink Marshmallow Moon" which ran for a couple of years.

And in late 1999 I launched this site "Perfect World", my first attempt at a website!
