Normandy Safaris obtained passes from the American authoritiesRed-Carpet treatment
so that our clients could attend the ceremony at the American War Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer (Omaha Beach). This is where they were addressed by Presidents George Bush and Jacques Chirac and given the Red-Carpet treatment.
Normandy Safaris clients also had the opportunity to meet Private Ryan Rtd. from the Steven Speilberg film Martin Reeve of Normandy Safaris

Normandy Safaris also had the pleasure of escorting a Normandy veteran (Al Drogosz from Illinois) and his family through Normandy and to the ceremony where the French presented Commemoration Medals to returning veterans.Al Drogosz receives his Medal in splendid surroundings
This was a great afternoon, and, a wonderful evening to be remembered by all.
