Sunday Logos
Welcome to Sunday Logos, the new group that due to popular demand,
now meets fortnightly on the first and third Sunday mornings
in the vicarage for young people aged 10 years and over.
For some time we have felt the need for a new group for those who are too old for
Sunday School but who nevertheless need a less formal setting than church, at least for
some of the time.
This is part of that journey, and part of the church's journey as we seek to listen to
them and to their needs. Logos is NEW - it is something that has been around for years,
and yet it seeks to explore that which has been about since before the beginning of time.
At present it will provide a place for the young people who are part of our family and I hope
it will be a starting point for others who may come. It will link in to other aspects of our
ministry with young people.
The Group will be run by some of our Youth Leaders, supported by Rev. Linda. It is new for
them!
Please pray for this new venture and for those who will lead it and for those who will
participate.
