A great book!, October 17,

Shapiro outlines the forgotten truth about how effective
and productive communication takes place. What he
suggests in his book is obvious and seemingly simple
methodology, yet not easy to carry out. This book is a
wonderful reminder of how important it is to ask and
listen rather than to talk and talk more and challenges
the reader to become a more caring and effective listener
when dealing with the many relationships in one's life. I
highly recommend it!

A subject dear to my heart - and one I'm bad on! I
need to remember one mouth and two ears! I know I react
well when people listen to me, when they do not just hear
what they think I'm saying and then answer what they
think I'm saying! This is for everyone, not just network
marketeers - although it's vital for anyone who needs
people for their personal or business success. He makes
it seem simple and logical, with some practise it is. I
recommend this book
