Knox is a combination of two photographs, one, the general view, the second close up to eliminate low level clutter in the street. Both images resized and combined, then edge and paint effect filters applied, edges faded, and desaturated to separate layers. Colour added back to building of central interest, some shading with motion blur and noise. Border using gradient tool with two colours picked from image.
