Cable Bay Wineyards is dedicated to produce things hand-crafted New Zealand wines known for their subtlety, elegance and depth.

Sauvignon blanc is grown in a single vineyard site located within the Omaka Valley in Marlborough. Grapes are harvested early in the morning and processed immediately before being brought up to the winery on Waiheke for a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A small portion is aged and fermented in French oak to give an added layer of complexity and texture whilst retaining the intense fruit, crisp acidity and fine balance.
