Transco – an essential British Company piping gas for you.   

Transco is responsible for ensuring that gas is delivered to over 20 million consumers around the country safely and efficiently through 275,000 Kilometers of iron, steel and polyethylene mains pipeline.

Transco does not sell gas, but it does maintain the round the clock 24-hours 365 days a year emergency service for stopping gas escapes. Transco is committed to safety and will stop an escape anywhere, whether it be in the home or in the street - free of charge.

A family run business, established in 1967, by Neil and David Williams. Working in and around the Lothians area but will supply to any area on demand. They provide a wide range of services working for large national companies down to the small builder, priding themselves on quality and efficiency.

Midlothian Council have a programme to assist talented sports performers who live within their boundary.  The Community Services department awarded Roger a Leisure Access Card which allows him free use of the excellent range of fitness centres and swimming pools to train, and a modest grant towards his 2001 racing budget to be used towards travel expenses etc.

Stuart Young has established his YPE business as Scotlands leading race engine preparation centre, offering a range of services to suit the rules and your budget, from fitting and mapping Dynojet powercommanders on his Dynojet 250 dyno, to full race preparation for Supersport, open class, or street use.  He has prepared engines or injection maps for most of the leading bikes in the Scottish Regal 600 and Production Championship, and continues to find class leading horsepower with reliability - a rare feat!

YPE have sponsored Roger in 2002, and will continue to develop the GSXR1000 in preparation for 2003

Max Mcallisters TRAXXION DYNAMICS company manufacture and sell a range of bike suspension products in the USA, concentrating on Penske units. Roger worked with Max in 2000 developing and testing some suspension mods on an Endurance prepared ZX-9, and Max was the automatic choice to supply suspension parts for the GSXR1000. The parts were supplied, fitted and modified during the season by Gareth Evans through his REACTIVE Suspension company (tel. 01904 750109).
