There are a number of current ideas for the network. Not all of them will involve all members of the group, but rather members involve themselves in areas of relevance to them. The network really provides the framework for us to meet and the organisation though which we can operate to access grants and other support. Here are just some of the ideas so far: produce a wood workers brochure for the Oswestry area set up a database of wood users, sellers and buyers with their requirements to improve local networking joint machinery purchase joint timber purchase or timber selling joint contractor and manager use and joint marketing What the group does is ultimately up to the members Do you have an idea for which you need support, or others to help finance, or for which you need others involved to draw in the grant?
