Fine 17th-century Cotswold stone inn on the road to Snowshill, complete with oak beams and log fires along with plenty of Flower's brewery memorabilia. The menu offers specials using locally grown fruit and vegetables, making it popular with locals, tourists and walkers alike. It offers an unusual range of pub games, with live music mainly on Saturday evenings. The Stanway seasonal beers rotate for each season throughout the year, some are brewed exclusively for the pub, and many of the guest beers are sourced from the Gloucestershire Ale Trail scheme. Very limited parking in front of pub, but there is a large pay-and-display (7 days) just round the corner.
