Formerly the Bar Humbug, before that the Recession and before that the One Elm. A narrow pub extending a long way back from the road, done out in a bare wood style. It closed in January 2003, but reopened August 2003 as a "Gastro-pub" with real ale, reverting back to the original name of One Elm. The accent is on ethical sourcing of ingredients, and energy efficiency.
