Pub/restaurant/leisure complex originally opened by Charles Wells in a converted timber yard on the banks of the Avon in September 1998. The small Cox's Yard Brewery was inside the pub part of the complex, but has now closed permanently. Regular live music most nights. Restaurant, tea shop and gift shop. Completely refurbished after the July 2007 floods
