Seraph

The culmination of over 25 years designing loudspeakers, this speaker combines state of the art drive unit technology in a slim line design. Having introduced the British public to the Millennium tweeter a few years ago, it is the best sounding tweeter I have heard to date and other manufacturesrs have at last cottoned on to this. Coupled with the very natural sounding doped paper cone midrange units and the aluminium dedicated bass units, this speaker gives an open, natural, clean and accurate reproduction of the original Seraph. Seperation is quite stunning, allowing an unforced insight into the recording and adding to the naturalness. The bass is extended, but clean thanks to the pistonic action of the 4 layered voice coils and heatsinking phase plugs.. Coloration is kept to a minimum, helped by the relatively small baffle area and odd shaped interior layout.
You wouldn't expect to replace one pair of speakers with an inferior set, well neither would I, which is why I was very happy to replace my Prestige loudspeakers (which I designed whilst owning 50% of Wilmslow Audio) with this new speaker which gives even more realism to the sound. When you consider that I compared the Prestige to commercial designs costing up to £10,000, this makes the SERAPH amasing value.
Make no mistake, if your dream is to own a pair of very expensive high-end speakers, now you can do so at an affordable price! For anyone who has come accross inflated advertising claims in the past, I am more than happy for anyone to bring along any equipment they like to prove my point.
